  1. I've now got a Fenix flashlight now which I love mostly because it's not only high quality but takes a batteries which I get at work for free love it. My stream light needs a new lens which I have to send in since it requires a special tool . The current lens creates a shadow since the bulb gets so hot

  2. I've got two stream lights. Both purchased from snap on but it's been forever and no longer have receipt. Am I out of luck if switch stops working? Or should I call them and see what they say?

  3. You have a great channel, I subbed of course quite a while ago .Great reviews…thank you for all you put into the channel. I am a flashlight, knife, & hand gun " junkie " ( no wonder I love your channel , right ? ) So back to my point…I have the Streamlight Nano on the zipper pull of my Maxpedition Fatty…the Microstream as part of my EDC for over 4 years…and the Stylus Pro inside of my Maxpedition Fatty. Excellent lights at an excellent price. I really appreciate all the work you put into your channel to inform us all. David

  4. I see the light at Amazon for $16.88. Easier to just buy another one, but I suppose it’s the principle of buying something that is supposed to work and having it taken care of via warranty that is important to most. A thumbs up to Streamlight for taking care of you like that.

  5. Cool! I just had a problem with my $60- Quark/ 4sevens. First the guy blamed me for the problem, then, after awhile, reluctantly offered to send me a "refurb". I will NEVER buy from them again!

  6. I have been a big fan of stream light but my light same as yours stopped working so I emailed to them and ask what to do and they told me to send light to their warranty place and here is my thing, you can buy brand new light for 16$ and forget warranty because shipping prob will be few bucks and then you need wait who knows how long! I just said for get it and this light been sitting on my desk for few months since…. so i might go had and send it back to them because of your video! thanks!

  7. I dropped my Streamlight out of my pocket at work from waist high and it was broken, pretty lame impact resistance. I haven't bought another streamlight product since and told all my buddies to do the same. Might have to give them a call and see if they can redeem this product failure.

  8. Thanks for this video. I purchased a Streamlight Stylus Pro about 2 years ago and noticed this fall that the tail cap switch has started malfunctioning. Did you have to provide a receipt? I suspect mine is either not retrievable or long gone.

  9. Did you check to see if the new in package light flickers? Maybe the story isn't over yet! LOL!I have a streamlithe Rattler, I think its called. The angle light. Cool little light, works great. I keep it in my glove box for emergencies.

  10. It is a grerat light. Happy to hear they took care of you so good. Telling us, is a nice thing to do also. passing the other two lites down to your sons is a great gesture. i have the knife that my grandfather carried everyday. i dont carry it, but what an honor. have a good day

  11. Had a similar stream light experience. Sent in a defective tl-2 LED torch, remedied it by giving me the cheaper rubber coated scorpion. Debated whether to resend the replacement and go through another hassle. But eventually did and got the one I wanted. This was about 5 years ago.

  12. My original Microstream started to flicker and then stopped working all together. I've been too lazy to send it back. I bought the c4 version a couple months back and it's worked fine since, but I'm a little concerned since it seems like both versions suffer the same malf.
