Hey TWANGnBANG! How many rounds have you put through your gun? Any signs of excessive wear on the bolt, chamber, or receiver? I've seen friends whos .45 PCC ate itself up from the inside. Broken bolts, ridges forming on the stock end of the chamber, and excessive wear inside the chamber and on the bolt lugs. Any info you hasve would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

What is the max effective range?
So they cut the rear corners of the bolt lugs to form what looks like 45˚ angles. I wonder if the keyways in the barrel chamber are angled as well. Who woulda thought…. Simple, Ingenious! I wonder if this would work for .223/.556 as well? Might 60,000psi tear the lugs right off? Hmm.
Just discovered the CMMG Guard today.
Is it accurate/fair to say that the Guard can be thought of as a modern-day equivalent to the Thompson SMG from the early 20th century? Similar size, chambered in .45 ACP…
How does it compare to Wilson pistol carbine?
Will it fire .45 Super reliably?
Run some 45 Super through it with the heaviest weight. I'm VERY curious how it handles it. Maybe a heavier buffer as well.

Also, CMMG NEEDS to make this thing feed hollow points reliably. As a personal defense weapon, that's totally unacceptable. If HST's don't feed well, back it goes.
