Gun control does work. Gun control works every time it's implemented. Your problem is, you misunderstand the objective. As Lenin said, "one man with a gun can control 100 without." The objective is control. All the talk about mass shooting, crime, terrorism, etc is simply theater.
Another way to stop mass shootings is for professors and teachers in schools to stop telling white people that they were born racist and are white supremacists. This isolates certain young men that may not have the ability to overcome the false narrative.
