I did not have a problem with the lower, so maybe you will be fine. Â However, I purchased one of their LAR-15 Operators and a LAR-8 Operator in 7.62 almost 5 years ago. I had my upper receiver crack (unknown reason) on the LAR-15 and sent it back to RRA. They would not honor the warranty. I proceeded to sell the LAR-8 and went with a Spikes Tactical build for my 5.56 and one of the new DPMS G2s in .308 Its not worth my time to mess around with a company that does not stand behind their product 100%
My mag block was cut out of a old phenolic shitter door
Awesome looking lower. Really wish they were not so expensive though 😛
nice neat work , i also used knipex pliers , knipex are great tools and you will use them on many other projects , worth the investment .
Can u buy the lower receiver in that color or do have too paint it yourself
I knew there was a reason why i bought a 20 round mag. Great video, thanks!
Great color choice man came out great!!
The only thing I would do differently is show how the trigger group sits inside the receiver. Good work!
Great job videoing this build. Several great ideas for getting it put together without using any special tools. Only one thing I wish you would have showed better was installing the rear takedown spring. Reviewing the video helped visualize it but would have been a bit better to have seen it as you did it. Right around the 12:30 to 13:00 minute range. Great job though.
Wow great vid I plan to do an AR build I will defiantly use this as a reference vid. thumbs up on this
like the pliars idea, I also lke that you preset your pin before. I have build 4 and I have always dreaded the bolt catch.
Good job.
they are most likely cerakoted
where can i find the OD green parts kit for my rifle !?
love the colors….black gets so old after a while this cerakoting is freaking awesome
That seems too easy?…lego build?
I'm looking into building my own AR, and your video sealed the deal with me. Great info.
It's called a Knipex Pliers Wrench, you can get one on Amazon.
Great video but like others where/how did you get the pieces coated?
where did you order these parts in those colors?
what are those pliers called? and did you have all your parts C coated or buy them like that? i looked through the comments and didnt see a response. im building my third lower and want to try those pliers. looks way easier.
You have the best step by step build video!
Awesome man this helped me complete my first build. Thank you
good video
The magazine was the problem. Tried a 30rd Tapco, and a 5 round magazine and had no problem. Her action is like one of those Vietnam war era m16s. thx
075mjoeg, ask on ar15.com, YouTube comments are like the worst place to try to get help.
Just curious where you got your lower parts painted at? Or did you purchase them in those colors?
cbarms dot com
Thanks for the vid man. I had my buffer retainer installed impropperly. I was able to fix it after watching you install yours.
Thanks
Great video thanks for posting

AWESOME BRO ,HOW MUCH DID IT COST ? 🙂
AND WHERE IS A GOOD PLACE TO GET THE PARTS ,THANKZ !
I'm going to use this for a guide to help me build my RRA lower in the future. Please tell me you do this for the upper also?
nice video. clear concise complete.
did you paint the lower or did it come that way cuz i really like that
Sorry about waiting for so long to reply, but yes, the 10" model pliers wrench would work good.
the dislikes are from democratic suburban idiots who dont believe in guns
