Recently I got:
3 knockoff Dbal's I2 from Amazon in a row (after each they said it won't happen again, ended up going w/DSGarms)
1 knockoff knights armament t-2 battery cap -Amazon
1 knockoff Streamlight railmount 1 from eBay- like yours my packaging was an almost perfect match.
So no more gun gear for me from non-gun gear sites. All the hassle of returning stuff just isn't worth the saving.

I've carried one of those for over 3 years now. Only downside is they will shut off after extended use. Do a lot of backpacking and I've reached for this thing several times after a bump in the night.

I carry a stream light pro Tac ll clipped in front of my IWB on the inside of my pants for years now and I'm still happy, 250 lumens now and AA batteries.

I have bought a few items over the years from Amazon that well turned out to be scary junk, and let me tell you how fast the seller would call me over and over after I have left a negative review warning others not to buy asking me to take down the review and only then they would refund me, snakes.

I would NOT risk it again with them…

Check with Olight for some lights in this size as well. That being said I carry a Stylus Pro daily for several years, I have killed 1, buried 1, melted another. But they are still the best $ for quality EDC light out there

My company has bunch of these and the Stylus Pros laying around. We got them from the Graingers. Gotta say the legit ones are really good stuff

Don't support Midway USA or Cheaper Than Dirt. Stick to better, pro 2A companies like Brownells, Optics Planet, etc.., instead of shady predatory opportunistic anti 2A scumbags like Midway or CTD.

Been using one of those aaa stream lights for 8 years on third now after loosing the others. Also like the two aaa version as well good cheap durable.

Only buy from Amazon if it says "Ships from and sold by Amazon.com." but if it a product not sold in this country make sure they have a high seller rating and if you are Prime see if they ship Prime also.

I always use Amazon for stuff like that… so easy to do returns or disputes. Even if you get a knock off, the only loss is a little time.

Bought fake tourniquets on Amazon before. They refunded 'em but I tested them on a dummy and the windlasses both broke before getting tight enough to cinch down an artery – so be careful on that front too.

Check out the Olight S1R as a good middle ground between tactical and pocket lights.

Hey John you should check out the Streamlight 1L-1AA. Awesome compact light. Not as small as the microstream but much more output. Plus you can find them for less than $50.
