i have spare bolt carriers groups ,mil-spec trigger kits, entire spring kits to BCM upgraded tool extractor & spring kit but some reason after i watched this video i don't have any gas tubes

That extractor spring you call cheap is a colt
I keep an extra hammer/trigger pin, hammer spring, bolt assembly firing pin, cam pin and cotter pin in my pistol grip. used to keep oil in the grip but realized most the carbon just comes off anyway oil is easier to find than parts wherever you are.
