  1. great video, thanks for uploading.  When you're shooting something more "close range" (something where you don't 'need' the magnifier), do the 4 dots become more distracting than a single dot?  I assume that distraction goes away when you're using a magnifier and can see more of your target??

  2. The XPS is nice, but lacks the integrated QD mount, and 7mm riser. Therefore it is absolute co-witness and not lower 1/3rd co-witness like the EXPS. The NV thing is a biggie in cost btw.

  3. This particular sight is to be sighted in at 35/300yds. The next BDC dot is 400 yds, etc. If you zero in at 25, 50, or 100 yds, the BDC dots are kind of useless. I wish I had with for the EXPS3-0. EOtech told me this is mainly to be used with an optic and is not that user friendly without one. Still a great quality unit.

  4. I love this sight but I dont see why I would ever need a NV mode. The 4 dots for xm855 is a nice feature but for $495 I think id rather take the xps2. Same features just lacks the 4 dots and NV mode. Damn, its tempting though but $620 on opticsplanet? Ouch

  5. @CrashPhistfight I'm in a very similar situation as you, except I'm contemplating the XPS2-2 or XPS2-0 (2 dots or 1 dot) with the G23 magnifier of course.

Also, do you know if that 7mm riser on the G23 and EXPS models can be removed?

  6. Great Video,
I found it very informative. Although I'm gonna get the non NV version when I order mine in the next few days. Thanks again for the video, btw, you have a very nice AR
    Regards,
    Joe
