You made a great point in this video I have heard a lot of people bitch about the furniture on the Daniel defense I personally think it is the best furniture I've seen so far and it is very comfortable especially that chiseled grip my Windham weaponry SRC has a OEM a2 style grip and it is nowhere near the comfort I get from the Daniel defense I probably will put a vertical for grip on my Daniel defense Key mod rail I finally got bit by the bug of the AR 15 platform I was always a AK-47 guy that has changed dramatically
I basically got this rifle for $550 I bought two Sigg west German pistols that were supposedly never fired they did have a smiley face so I thought they probably were fired a few times at least anyways I had a friend who really wanted those and he decided to offer me a plethora of firearms and I picked the CZ scorpion Evo S1 and the Daniel defense DD M4 V 11 mill spec plus keep in mind I paid $1100 for both of those pistols and ended up with $2500 in hardware that was brand new in the box never fired I love this rifle more than any pistol I have ever had and I am eager at this point to learn the platform properly I never took the time to learn rifles and I have that and a brand new Windham weaponry SRC I am keeping them both I would like to use the Windham weaponry SRC as a practice rifle and the Daniel defense as my trophy but the fact is they are both really good rifles I would actually put them in a similar category if it was me I have looked at both of them and there is actually more plastic on the Daniel defense as far as small parts which took me back a little bit but the key mod rail 15.0 is awesome if that was on my Wyndham I would probably be just as happy with that but I do love this mill spec plus color it is definitely the coolest color I have seen on the rifle
