Pointing the rifle where you were was not only a violation of the basic safety rules, it gives ammo to anti-gun people who want to outlaw guns. They can point to this as an example, paint with a broad brush, and claim it's an example of how all gun owners are dangerous and irresponsible and a reason to outlaw guns. You may make some stupid response such as, "the gun was unloaded." But how many people have been shot by a gun that someone thought was unloaded. Pointing the gun where you were was stupid, dangerous, and gives the rest of us who are responsible a bad name. Take some time and strongly reconsider what you did.
what barrel/rail config. is that
Camera is zoomed in on the reticle and it appears bigger. Looking at it through a camera does not give the same affect as your eye would. These holographic reticles appear the same size no matter how far away from your eye it is. This means that if you hold the rifle 5 feet away the rifle will appear smaller but the reticle will remain the same 65MOA size. Pretty crazy actually.
I thought the Eotech reticle was smaller? Does it depend on the model?
