I’ve been recommending this scope to people on an extreme budget but still want something that will work. Well, I finally got around to reviewing it….

  1. I know your really busy with all the messages you get.I'm in the market for a scope for my ar.Going to be getting into target shooting from 3-600 yds, evrywhere I look people say oh that scope sucks, the next person says about the same scope man that's a great scope, very hard for a noobie to choose. If you have done a video that addresses my problem or give me some tips or point me in the right direction,I would greatly appreciate it,thanks

  2. Of course no adjustable magnification optic on the market supports co witness. But if that is really your main qualification for "true 1X optics" you are asking for something physically impossible with magnified optics. Paralax prevents the front sight from even being visible to a meaningful degree due to how it focuses and refracts light to create a clear, sharp, and accurate image which shift or move within the optic. Red dots and holographic sights don't use focusing elements within your line of sight and really just project a reticle onto glass using lasers and other light sources. Light from the subject in a scope is flipped and refocused several times in order for both the target and reticle to be in focus, and the front sight will always fall outside of focus range for the target or the reticle to also remain in focus.

"True" 1X means there is no magnification. The targets size is the same when observed through the scope or with the naked eye. That is all it means. And that is all it should ever mean.

  3. If the optic didn't cost as much as your rifle why bother?…Just Kidding. The tacticool community is really crazy with the idea that you need these expensive optics to do little more than what amounts to going to the range…..I doubt 99% of them are going to combat anytime soon, even if they were you can get away with a lot less than Aimpoint, Eotech, and Trijicon. For example, I served in Iraq in 2004, 2005, and 2006 all the while with a Bushnell 3-9 scope mounted on my M16 A4 and M4. My unit went door to door in 6 Iraqi cities and the scope never missed a beat. I have less combat experience than some, but more than most and i don't understand why the prevailing wisdom is that you need an optic that was forged by the gods to be effective in combat. Just my .02. Queue the mall ninjas.

  4. We all know that bushnell does not come to mind when you think of top of the line optics. But I like what MrGnG is doing. We is swapping between high and affordable to appeal to a far broader range of viewers. This little scope may not be too of the line but if it performs like the TRS25 (which for the money is a little beast) then you can't go wrong. Thanks again Mike, your doing a bang up job!

  5. Scope sucks I bought it and it would not zero it was all over the place yes I had a good mount for it and I may not be a sniper but I shot decent Groups with my vortex red dot this thing just wouldn’t zero
