Last year at the range…

Found this old range footage from last summer (09) using my old Rock River LAR-15 and some TULA ammo with a NIKON Prostaff 3-9X40 scope. It hurts watching some of my range video’s since someone stole my AR!

  1. You have a RRA coming? Theyre renowned for taking 3 months if you order from them direct. If its a DI then you should be good to go. Its a gun to gun thing. If it doesnt run then I'll buy the ammo off you. Brass os getting up there again and all the Russian ammo is under 5 bucks. Try Silver Bear if you can get it, its the cleanest Russian ammo and it feels like its hotter than TULA or Wolf.

  2. @BoDuke2882 Well I dont have prior scopes to compare it to but I did my research before getting it and for the price, I think its a winner. The glass is very clear and never had any issues with it. Mine had the BDC so it worked well with shooting the 22lr conversion thru it. They can be got for $100 on ebay new so keep that in mind. Of coarse you'll need a $200 mount for it 🙂

  3. @firearms1894 For me a Bipod doesn't have to be to best quality of anything that Id put on a rifle, its got a simple job so I never could see sending the cash for a Harris when this is almost the same thing.

  4. @koioo2 Definitely not full auto, just a tricked out AR that I had. And yeah, the summer of 09 it rained for 5 weeks straight, it sucked big time. The years before that also it rained for weeks on end during the summer. This last summer was the best we've had in a very long time.
