Wow, AR-15s & 15 Round Magazines Are Now Banned In Virginia

Virginia just sent a semi-auto ban to the governor’s desk, and in this video we break down exactly how lawmakers are trying to sell it to the public.

This isn’t a summary based on headlines. This is a reaction to their own words.

In the Virginia Senate hearing, lawmakers openly discuss banning the sale, purchase, transfer, import, and manufacture of so-called “assault firearms,” along with magazines over 15 rounds. They try to calm gun owners by saying you can still keep what you already own — but then admit you won’t be able to buy a new one, sell it, or freely transfer it.

And that’s the point.

That is how these bans are always framed:
not as an outright confiscation at first,
but as a “reasonable” restriction that slowly redraws the line around what law-abiding people are allowed to own.

In this video, we react to the most revealing parts of the debate, including:

– lawmakers claiming the 1994 assault weapons ban worked
– the argument that magazines over 15 rounds should be restricted
– vague feature-based definitions involving threaded barrels, grips, and other cosmetic characteristics
– the enforcement problem of how police would supposedly determine probable cause
– absurd comparisons between common semi-auto firearms and tanks, rocket launchers, and flamethrowers
– emotional arguments involving silencers and tragedy used to justify broader restrictions

We also break down why the same failed 1994 crime bill talking points keep getting recycled, why these laws always target law-abiding owners first, and why feature-based bans are built on confusion, manipulation, and political theater.

Because once you really listen to how they talk, it becomes obvious:
this was never about “common sense.”

It’s about control.
It’s about limiting future ownership.
It’s about turning commonly owned firearms into political scapegoats.
And it’s about getting people comfortable with one more restriction, one more compromise, and one more step away from the full exercise of a constitutional right.

If you care about the Second Amendment, this is the kind of hearing you need to watch closely.

  1. everyone goolge planks theorem that science advances one funeral at a time. The article goes on to state that people try to hunker down and wait for older crowds to die off so they can enact their agenda.

Thats what "you can keep it for today" means

  2. Saddam Salim wasn't even born in the U.S., Scott Surovell is a douche. Mr. Surovell is also simultaneously pushing for a giant casino in Tysons Corner, VA. Get these fools OUT of our government. To make matters worse the VA (D)'s are attempting to gerrymander the state so they have total control forever.

  4. We need you man. Keep speaking up, educating and please keep helping those of us that are less knowledgeable how “we the people” to understand what is going on and how we can stand up for our god given rights being Americans. We (2A) are the people that hold the damn from bursting, otherwise it will be one constitutional right after another that all Americans will suffer from. Also, not to mention that we are the people that if the shit truly hits the fan, all these people will be forever grateful that we are here to protect them and all law abiding, freedom loving Americans! Stay after it bro. ✌️

  5. I’m sure FPC is all over this, no way the Supreme Court holds this up. Lawsuit printer go…BRRRRR remember to help FPC and other like organizations fight this crap!

  6. HTF are these Muslim/Islamic people getting into the government with loyalty to other places and destroying American traditions and life? This is being done to disarm us for a bad future!!!

  7. Congrats to all those Virginians who voted her in, you have now become Maryland South. Good luck. This state (MD) sucks, you'll feel it soon if you haven't already. I'm sure she'll take some tax raising advice from Moore, that'll be fun for you

  8. Bro same shit they are doing in Colorado. The bans and laws here are getting ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous. Just had to drain most of my savings to stock up before these new laws go into effect

  9. Technically, machine guns aren't banned. They are just made so freaking expensive to buy. Even after the correct tax stamp. Because the government made it illegal to ship any machine gun into the country
