On Thursday, March 12th, the Senate is expected to vote on SB 3050, protecting tenants Second Amendment rights. Please contact your Senator and urge them to SUPPORT SB 3050 by using the TAKE ACTION button below.
SB 3050 prohibits a landlord from preventing tenants from lawfully possessing, carrying, transporting, or storing a firearm, firearm components, or ammunition on leased premises or in a vehicle located on leased premises, and creates a cause of action for a tenant who is adversely affected by a landlord’s violation of such prohibition.
