This week, the Senate passed House Bill 39, House Bill 96, and House Bill 98. All three bills now advance to Governor Mark Gordon for his consideration.

HB 39 strengthens the state’s restoration of gun rights statutes. This is an important step as President Trump and the DOJ are reconstituting the federal petition for restoration of gun rights.
HB 96 expands carry permits and campus carry rights to include young adults.
HB 98 strengthens the existing statute prohibiting the use of red flag type laws.
