NRA-ILA | Wyoming: Pro-Gun Bills Advance to Senate Floor

The legislature had a productive week, as four pro-gun bills passed unanimously out of committee and have advanced to the Senate floor. Please contact your Senator and encourage them to SUPPORT these bills by using the TAKE ACTION button below.

Yesterday, February 27th, the Senate Judiciary committee passed three critical pro-gun bills; HB 95 and HB 96, expanding carry permits and campus carry rights to include young adults, and HB 39, strengthening the state’s restoration of gun rights statutes. This is an important step as President Trump and the DOJ are reconstituting the federal petition for restoration of gun rights. Your NRA was present in committee and testified on behalf of these bills.

Additionally, on Thursday, the Senate Agriculture committee passed HB 98, strengthening the existing statute prohibiting the use of red flag type laws.

Please stay tuned to the NRA-ILA website and your inbox as this legislative session progresses.
