If you can, give the Kite Optics stabilised binoculars a go. They’re very popular in Europe, especially among birders going on pelagic trips.
I swear by my Opticron Aurora 10x42s. Super bright, edge to edge sharp even when using glasses, easy to focus, about 1000 euro.
Have you ever tried the Nikon WX 10×50 IF Binos? I never have but they seem like they might be the absolute best. Very expensive though.

Leica Noctovid 10 X 42…….., The One Bino that rules them all. I always think about if the electronics fail, than some of those Bino’s are useless.
