The cheapest holosun laser is nearly 10 times cheaper, and the full featured version is still 1/3 of the price 😂
EOTech is nothing more than the hypebeast/supreme of optics at this point. They're "the superior brand" but they're actually ripping off the HoloSun designs just to stay competitive
to be fair inflation + tariffs + a trade war were always going to hurt consumer electronic pricing. I don't doubt when this was in the works a 2.5k MSRP was viable.
Holosun AEMS is a a better optic than the Exps3 for half the price. I literally traded mine for an AEMS and have zero regrets
I think EOTech’s management hasn’t quite realized that they can’t pull the “We’re the best but we can’t say why cause it’s a state secret and you’ll put up with the other caveats of our product because of that” card like they might have in the early 2000’s. True Holosights from other companies are on the market it just turns out that the end user isn’t really interested in the features they give you for the cost not only monetarily but also in poor battery life, I’m sure shake awake is gonna help but only marginally, most of us EOtech owners already know to make sure it’s off when we put the gun down.
That "Made in America" line on any product make mfers lose their marbles and put a crazy price on a bs item.
Holosun has clearly become the common sense go to for 99 percent of the US gun owner market. You are getting more, for less. Eotech literally is offering 15 year old holosun tec, marketing it as the new hotness for 3 x the price, and is upset that nobody is impressed

I’ve got a holosun on my 590 pump. Did a 250 round range day with some buddies. Mixed shells. Stayed zeroed no problems. It’s good stuff

Now EOtech, Trijicon and Aimpoint are on the brink of letting Holosun run the rifle optic market because they’re pricing themselves out of the common man.
