On Wednesday, November 12th, the House Judiciary Committee passed HB 1891 on a 14 to 12 party-line vote. The bill now advances to the House floor where it will soon be eligible for a vote. Please use the Take Action button below to contact your state representative and urge them to OPPOSE HB 1891!
HB 1891 has been touted by proponents as a “modernization bill” allowing for electronic record submissions; however, the devil is in the details. In reality, this is nothing more than a backdoor effort to bring firearm registration to Pennsylvania under the guise of “convenience.”
