  1. Yes it is dumb but can one of yall explain what the actual differences are instead complaining about the atf. I’m trying to build an ar pistol and keep it legal, but instead of explaining the difference we just continue to complain with the same script as everyone else. Give us some actual info man, what’s the difference cause a lot of these listing use both words?!?!?! This is so damn confusing and not helpful

  2. I don’t like the ATF rule for a lot of reason but for the sake of this video I’ve been waiting 3 months for a form 1 approval for a ar I got with a stock and a silencer I’ve paid my two tax stamps but I ain’t seen or heard nothing

  3. I think it’s due to the fact that if you have a stock on the gun with the brace then the gun would be much easier to control said by Mr. Johnny. That is a major risk, especially if it is used for crime. $200 discourages people to not put a stock on it, and those who continue will probably be questioned so hard by Johnny here

  4. Imagine it being a "negative" to be more accurate and controlled in your shooting, thus making you safer and requiring you to pay a stupid fee and allow yourself to be tracked because of an item.
