That Cmmg buffer weight in trip kit is working fine in combination with bore buddy’s Super safety trip kit , I secured it with flexible locktite shoe glue in cmmg conversion bold ,so it won’t bounce back and forth. From 556 4.75” barrel and 6” can it runs great like sawing machine. Great fun thanks for good ideas with longer fire pin.

  2. I have the cmmg 22lr dedicated upper and also can use it in a 556. I noticed any time that I hold on to the magazine I get jams. I noticed you are also halfway touching the magazine as well. Next time try avoiding touching the magazine and you might find it cycles better.

  3. Edit: that’s definitely way to much work and money for a finicky hardly functional weapon that can only hold 15 rounds😅

    That is way to much work and money just to get an frt to function in a 22lr…. Someone needs to develop a dedicated frt kit just for rimfire
