Im old school…Full size scope..1 inch tube…high gloss finish. Mounted on a Walnut stocked rifle !! Today's fat 30mm tube scopes with dull black finish resemble a MagLight on top of your rifle. Yea the modern optics are better but the scopes arent too pretty.
The vortex will hold zero way better than the leupold. For a lot less money than most of those optics you can run an Arken, which is proven to out perform the Night Force.

Vortex venom does not have a lit crosshair.
Loupold, I got some of the same scopes I've had since the early 1990s.

Vortex venum all day for me. Its amazing and has lifetime warranty which is a game changer
Vortex to tough to change power nite force built like a german tank but optic quality just not there leupold or burris all day

I am yet to hear of any Nightforce not performing even after a tumble down the hill.
