I hate Mlok! Yes, it looks cooler, but the fact that you still have to mlock a picatany then attach the device to the Mlocked picatany is irritating! Just give me a quad picatany!

The bolt lockup is garbage. I bought into the hype like everyone else. Then I bought and installed a ris 2. When you install it, you see it for what it actually is, instead of what the internet tells you it is. If you want a solid quad rail, buy centurion arms or forward controls. Yeah, I realize that the ris 2 seen a lot of combat, and I don't care. The rail hangs in place by tension created by steel screws going thru a piece of aluminum and threading in to an aluminum handguard. Steel screws threading into an aluminum handguard…. That is trash. Over-hyped trash.
Hmm. I like mlok. But if they weight is the same, then there's no real reason to opt for mlok in my personal opinion. I also think the quad rail is more iconic. Linda like the aesthetic of the mlok tho… idk. One fo both?
