In this video, I go over all the tools I’ve used in my previous AR-15 builds videos and answer a lot of questions I’ve received about what each tool does and why I use it. Whether you’re new to building or upgrading your AR-15, or you just want to see which tools make the process easier as well as the Brownells Lapping Tool which I received the most questions about, this breakdown covers everything I keep on my bench.

Great video idea! Lots of people find these videos satisfying to watch, but I'll bet a lot of them don't know what you're doing half of the time, so it's nice to see you putting in the effort to make sure people can understand the meaning of what you're doing. I personally had no idea what you were doing when you were lapping the upper, now I know haha! It's great to see an explanation video from the gunsmith himself, it creates a sense of credibility and makes it so that if somebody wants to learn, they don't have to search online for a tool or technique which they don't even know the name of. I'm sure this is saving people a bunch of time and wasted effort as well, I can't imagine trying to install a handguard or buffer tube without a vise or AR wrench, or punching out pins with random screwdrivers!
Great video man! I have the majority of these items but I would like to upgrade my vice and get a lapping tool. Thanks for the info, keep it up!
