When Is An AR-15 Not “Just” An AR-15?

I don’t think any regular direct impingement AR is worth more than about $1,200 in this day and age. The only thing unique about most ARs in my opinion in the handguard. That’s going to decide how and what you can attach and the overall look.

It’s just another AR-15 … we can now custom build ARs and pretty much have top tier weaponry with basic affordable parts. All you’re really looking for is companies that make their parts to proper the specifications.

2:13 SOLGW is one of my favorite AR companies. Super good CS and warranty from my 1st hand exp.
Their gassing/tuning is so good, I feel like going Hux is kind of a waste when you can go for a CAT WB for much better performance, and you won't notice any more gas on a SOLGW.

This is way too much price hike for minor improvements at best over their M4 76 or 89.
The handguard texture is cool, but you still can't hold on to it after two mags; you'll still need some heat insulation and/or a VFG. BTW, Hux muzzle is only good for 14.5" P&W(because the default muzzle already bottom out in the can), any shorter you will get a built-in barrel extension to extend it like a 14.5. Unlike their NOX, you can do 13.7" P&W and the can actually sits that much closer to you.

It's for the professional, military contractor, trainer, or a police department, if your job is not in shooting yea this just looks like an AR15 but if u want the best of the best this is the best AR PLATFORM you can get #dropinfrt🎉

SOLGW AR must come at a serious price. As a retired public school teacher I’m just going to enjoy looking at this firearm on video. Sweet rig for sure.

I’m building another lower (FCD/SOLGW ambi) and am going to go with an A5 tube, spring and buffer this time around. I think SOLGW use A5 on every rifle.

Naaaah im good. Ill stick with my Ar10 thats a fraction of that price and runs flawlessly

Mike and the Boys at SOLGW knocked it out of the park with this rifle. Id put their stuff up against anything out there.

The best AR is the one you build for yourself. Get a lower and build it to your own specifications. I’ve built two ARs, AR9, and M4-22. They are all better (for me) than anything I could ever buy off the shelf.

You are getting paid to promote this AR. Its just another AR15
