The new streamlight TLR-1 HL-X has been nothing but problems and I’m nearly ready to give up on it.

Warranty baby. Streamlight is notoriously phenomenal with warranty repairs.
I think its crap this light is failing. And it shouldnt. Werkz Holsters did a gnarly torture test. HLX did really good … Except the entire front door snapped off on some drop testing.
