Man I love that gun and those 2 shots were definitely killers, yeah where I worked we had paper in big rolls and looked just like what u guys using and when I would go get 10 3 by 5 foot pieces they say that time of year again because they be about 6 of us shooting are guns
Me & my buddies definitely saw a big difference between how we used to do it versus now. We built us a target and use the backer paper. It’s a game changer for viewing your pattern. Also the splatter targets are nice if we can catch em on sale but we usually just print them offline. Either way it’s worth buying a roll of brown backer paper or whatever ever color from the hardware store for really analyzing the patterns.
You see soooo many times people testing different shells and shooting a 8×11 piece of copy paper or a splatter target and they aren’t zero’d to the shell and they are only seeing part of the load on the paper or nearly missing and they think it’s the shells fault lol. My personal favorite is guys shooting 6-8 brands with the same choke and just shooting a splatter target and shooting the same backing over and over and only seeing part of the pattern and giving an in depth review saying what shot the best. 😂
