How to properly Zero your red dot

FYI: you don't have to stick to a 15yd zero. Any Zero from 15-25yds is adequate and will give similar results for most handguns! Feel free to support with Supers on the bottom right of the comment section! It would mean allot!

And if you can’t shoot a 3 inch group at 15, and then confirm that zero by shooting a similarly shaped group at double the distance with double the error, then you’re not good enough to zero from those distances. And if you’re using a rest, you’re messing with your eye box, which means you’re zero also won’t be good.

My holosun recommends 0 at 25 yards The top of the chevron is 25, middle is 50 and the bottom is 100 yards.

Also just because somebody will misunderstand, if you zero for 15 yards anything at 5 and inline with the barrel is getting hit as well

124gr zeroed at 15Y with G19 with dot plane at 0.75” height over bore is 1 inch of total deviation out to 40Y. 4 inches total out to 75Y.
