On Wednesday, June 11th, at 2:30pm, the House Committee on Rules will hold a hearing on Senate Bill 243, the gun control omnibus package.
Please consider submitting testimony through the state legislature website, and contact members of the committee directly and urge them to OPPOSE SB 243 by using the TAKE ACTION button below.
SB 243 is an omnibus gun-control bill that includes elements of other anti-gun bills including SB 696, creating the crime of unlawful transport, manufacture, or transfer of a “rapid-fire activator” and SB 698, expanding gun-free zones by allowing public entities to adopt policies that prohibit firearms, even for concealed handgun license holders.
