I thought this was filmed in 2009
A solution searching for a problem!
This is a complete non issue. Smack the bottom of the mag like a man
I am surprised nobody came up with this before, I even wanted to grind the bolt carrier myself lol. My biggest issue with this product is the presentation, the web site is pretty bad, there is no proper product info/specs.
So there's a 50/50 chance depending upon where your top round is that this will have no effect anyways? What percentage of AR mags feed from the left for the top round? What percentage feed from the right for their top round? I imagine if you could have made the cuts on both side and have it still work he would have. If not there's an opportunity for someone to improve this design and improvements are patentable too.
Oh I see.. for the weakling 😆
Since the cut is made on only one side. How does that work with the current Tan USGI followers, that place the top round on the other side?
It's called an SR-25 cut….
Just Smack it,and pull down.
Be A Man!
This is a product trying to solve a problem that doesn't exist.
Buy Gen 3 Pmags, problem solved. Removing material/weight from the carrier may change the reliability of the rifle in adverse conditions. The weight of the BCG, buffer, spring, gas port size, etc should be designed to #1 be reliable, #2 durable, and #3 limit excessive recoil.
Sounds like a solution in search of a problem.
Cheaper fix. First buy good quality magazines. Second insert it correctly by slapping on the bottom when inserted and you won't have this problem. In 23 years on active duty and I've NEVER had a problem doing it correctly.
Another hammer looking for a nail.
none of my AR's have an issue inserting a loaded magazine. maybe don't buy shitty guns and/or magazines
Of course we know that Google/Youtube hates the mention of mags over 10 rounds. But we won't censor ourselves to please China.
I’ve tried to seat quad stack mags that weren’t even fully loaded let me tell you with the bolt closed the spring tension is so high it’s IMPOSSIBLE to seat I’ve smashed it in there so hard it would even click and you would swear on your life that the mag was seated and sure enough you fire one round and it’d fall out of the gun.
Cool product. I like a guy who has an AR and a holstered revolver, and three speed loafers on his belt!
He'll be sold out by midnight.
👍👍👍
Something else to spend money on. It is just a solution in search of a problem that I’ve never had to be honest.
It looks cool. It sounds like a good idea.
Good idea!!!
i can honestly say i have never had that issue i do a full load and load from a closed bolt all the time i just smack it in there and it goes
