Looks like a solution looking for a problem to me. Honestly, I think I could pull at least 3 bullets (maybe 4) with Frankfords kinetic puller in the time it took you to go through the steps
I DONT THINK I WILL BE BUYING ONE OF THOSE I LIKE MY HORNADY PULLER, INSTALLED WITH A RCBS SINGLE PRESS.
Will this puller work with 50-70 government ?
Most bullet pullers are not designed for pistol ammo…
Would have been better with a spring adjustment to crank up the inertia and allow you to handle those crimps without doing it 4-5 times per round which is a PITA.
Thanks for putting this video together. I always enjoy watching your reviews of the latest reloading equipment. Keep 'em coming.
Stupid product!
Pfff.
Wow way too much work. lol
Too slow for me,,will stick with my collet…..
Sorry yall but that puller is a big pain in da butt. Even if it was free , not 4 me .
I bought one of these Frankfurt arsenal pile drivers I got through. Maybe 50 bullets pulled and the thing broke so I'm not impressed. It won't lock in place so you can release it and have it kinetically knock the bullet out. Very disappointed
Guess I will keep my collect puller!
There is no advantage to this over the RCBS or Hornady pullers. Twice the money, twice the time, I question the competence of whoever decided to bring this to market.
I would take the RCBS bullet puller any day
Negative. I can hear my wife now after 20 of the 1000 rounds. Way to fiddly diddly doo..
Fricken awesome. Did the hammer enertia 60 rounds.
This beats that with a stick
Do not buy this. It is a complete piece of junk and will catastrophically fail after a couple dozen pulls.
Here is a free advice. Instead of using such a long process with such a large device, use RCBS bullet puller! No need to drill holes in the wall either!!🤣
I wonder if it could just just a shell holder like you can do with the hammer? That would speed things up.
Yeah, yeah I've heard it all about just using a shell holder. Save your breath.
Love your channel. Always good information. I bought a Pile Driver when they came out, but it didn't even last 1,000 rounds before one of the plastic arm cams broke, rendering the unit inoperable. Buyer beware.
What a name, that’s what the ladies used to call me back in the 80’s.
I have some 45-70 Government rounds I loaded but I'm not happy with their performance. I'd like to pull the bullet and powder and try a different load. Will this work with 45-70 Government cartridges?
I’d like to see how it actually works . Like what’s going on inside there .
Thanks for the great video. I thoroughly enjoy watching your instructional videos. You do a very good job of breaking down the aspects of the equipment being used in the video. I've beat on the concrete using the hammer type bullet puller until my arm got tired before the cartridge came apart. This looks like a great remedy to that problem by letting the tool do the "beating". Thanks again for the great job you do rating and reviewing reloading equipment, they're a great help to me.
Keep an eye on the parts if you're doing a lot at one time. I was nearing the end of over 300 pieces when the nut holding the carrier lock in place flew off. Apparently it went to live in the land of AR dentents. Now it's off to the hardware store for a replacement nuts and a couple spares.
rcbs bullet collet system seems much better IMHO
Just got mine today ,tried a hammer type on 357 pistol ammo with 170 gr keith style beat my brains out wouldn't budge. I guess from the comments i'll need ear plugs and a suit of armor to safely handle this complicated piece of high tech equipment and before any anyone asks a rcbs bullet pulled didn't work either.
Will you be able to reuse the bullet, Case, & primer?
Way to slow and bulky RCBS bullet puller is the way to go
Maybe my inexperience is showing here, but do you reuse the power, since you have mixed types? I guess you would only do one type of powder at a time. This was a demonstration.
That thing is loud as well I made the mistake of watching this on a Bluetooth speaker should've been a disclaimer 😁
Looks like an over engineered pain in the butt. I had a boss tell me once…. It was a good idea just wasn't worth a sh..t 🤣 I'll never forget that!
That sounds just makes me cringe. I would never buy this lol
Hahaha..this looks like the device that spurred others to invent inertia and collet bullet pullers!😅
Wondering will it work with .444 Marlin rounds?
Terrible product…it makes a very fast/easy process complicated and time consuming. Invest in a collet system or impact tool. I suspect this will be discontinued in short order.
Horrível! Demorado!
my door says "TURN GAS BOTTLE OFF" damn welder bottles always left on.
Wow, loud as hell and janky ass case removal … plus I have to mount it with a bunch of holes. take my money
Next step is an air puller
I’m just laughing at all the comments. I’ve had to extract a few cases over the years but I’d not waste all that time with this device. Kenetic works fine and I’ve a means of capturing and separating the bullet out of the powder far quicker.
could this pull 9mm?
By the time I have one bullet pulled with the FA, I have at least two to three done, with the RCBS collet puller. Also my ears wont ring after using the RCBS. Sorry FA, you make some great products but this one isn't one of 'em.
How do you fix it if it no longer wants to lock at the top?
The Grip n Pull works so much better/faster and doesn’t require you to purchase any new components, it works with your current reloading equipment. I wasn’t impressed
Tried it Broke after 12 rounds
Man, I really Like your videos&shop.. But that thing is an absolute A BS waste of time and $$. The Hornady puller is King. much quicker. Easier,. Man please don't push Garbage..Thanks
