SB 706 requires Texas to recognize all valid out-of-state concealed carry licenses. This NRA and TSRA priority legislation would bring Texas on par with twenty other states. Universal recognition of concealed carry licenses is not only a priority at the state level but remains a top priority in congress through H.R. 38.
