Those recorded at 1000 FPS etc and being played at same lower 24 fps as a result higher FPS u record at more it will slow down.

Lied about fps, if yiu slow it down looks more like 30 fps than 1000

Im no expert in this but i think they mean the number of frames not the frames per second.
