  1. I recently built a 605 clone. Rifle gas as it should be. Hands down my favorite rifle with irons. Feels kool looks kool accurate and light weight. Fluffin love it! I used a heavy rifle buffer and enlarged gas port to make her purrrrr

  2. I have a brownells 605 which I think is even more dissy since it’s a clone correct 15.5in barrel with a rifle gas I love that gun. Also as a former sons employee they don’t care about you or your matches or even “theirs” for that matter

  3. Klay–you sing the praises of A2 sights, and rightly so. You casually spoke of "setting them up right." Very interesting.
I'd love to see you do a video about that…

  4. Dude, sick bro..! With a heat vest full of banged up mags, and a Guy Faux mask.. What i would give to have a range buddy like Klay… Im in San Antonio, any patriots, I have no friends… Anybdy on the Southside hmu. Sheepdog out

  5. I’ve had 2 PSA dissipator uppers and ended up selling both of them. Just couldn’t get attached to them.
For now I still have my 20” M16A1 clone with C7 upper in the stable.

  6. I got a Del-Ton rifle length upper, but I built it from parts. Now I have 2 dissipators. One is a flat top from Blown Deadline, and the other is the DelTon. Time is a flat circle.

  7. If all you're doing is hold overs, why not just run the A1? I really like the A1. Especially on Shorty's like 11.5 inch guns. It always made more sense to me for a combat rifle. It's simple, lite, and easy to use. It also can't be screwed up by someone who's playing a prank or by someone just fidgeting with it. I know you guys say it's "fudd lor" but I also know that 20-25 years ago I would have fidgeted with it. Heck, I did fidget with them. If a button can be pushed or a knob can be turned you know someone is going to do it.

  8. My dissipater has the rifle length gas system. Got the dissipater HBAR with rifle length gas system from Del-Ton. Great shooter and light recoil with the rifle length gas system.

  9. After shooting an older Rock River National match rifle, I’m sold on building one. Would love to see you get behind a 20” A2 at distance. Having also qualified on an A2 circa 02’, it’s like driving a manual transmission.

  10. What’s with that bookerhook being stuck on the trigger? No touchy the trigger until sights are lined up and ready to fire! Bad! Nope you weren’t “being safe” when your finger never left the trigger guard. I wonder why they would call it a guard, almost as if one should be deliberate when sticking their finger in there. That said there is a lot to be said for an AR without rails and no 29 pounds of extra googas hanging off every inch. It’s like Barbie dress up for dudes in the closet. You really wanna use a rifle if someone breaks into your house? So your flashlight is even a fallacy. Clean rifle makes movement easier, weighs less so fatigue happens later. Your cardboard box fort doesn’t show anyone anything.
