Last Wednesday, the Iowa House passed Senate File 106, permitting law-abiding individuals to carry firearms while operating all-terrain vehicles, including snowmobiles. The bill received minor amendments in the House and will now be transmitted back to the Senate for a concurrence vote before being transmitted to the Governor.
