This guns comes with either 14.3 or 16.1 inch barrels, which one would you recommended? (they are both legal in CA because of the pin/welded muzzle break)

looks like it could benefit from a flared magwell for smoother inserts and maybe a jawbone-style mag release to bring it closer to your trigger finger, PC Carbine style
Cost is really high. Can still get some nice AKs for that.

I have a russian produced saiga, and I would rather have this cmmg rifle for a 7.62 launching device.
My dad got me my first rifle back then which was the saiga Ak. There was a bunch at the shop for 300$ and the only regret was not buying more

Hmm. Not my cup of tea. I love my Saigas that I converted decade ago. Still have 2 stock I'll get to one of these days. Maybe heh
You don't have to take it apart to lube it.. Just take the lid off of your CLP and pour it into the ejection port…. Works great.. Then I hold it upside down and pour some into the magwell, while racking it over and over.. Works great. Also, just as a habit. When I get a new gun; While I'm watching some youtube videos, I'll just sit there and rack the gun over and over about 100 times. Particularly important on p80 builds, etc. It just helps wear everything in before you ever take a shot.. Especially if it sounds gritty when you rack it.
I had that same opportunity in 2012.. Saiga .223..
and I still have it today.
It’s awesome but just wish they made a simple version without fancy rails, basic stock, basic sights, and everything to reduce the price.
What i find valuable is your warning (simply by what hoops you have to go thru), of why freedom loving people should flee California. We need your New York State equivalent to gat as may staye reps and electoral votes to free states.
