On one hand, matched receiver pairs need no adjustment, on the other hand are service rifles with shit tons of rattle that are still making accurate long distance hits. In the middle, there's extra parts to solve a perceived problem that doesn't really matter.
You can also add a product called "Tac Shims" to the front upper takedown pin. They're pieces of shim stock that go around the takedown pin inside the receiver, and eliminate the slop between the upper and lower.
I hate aero, I order a part from them like 3 months ago (they said 5-8 days) zero customer service at all I was on hold for over 3 hours separate times, shut down Aero.

Sure. One reason I bought the Aero.
Aero lowers are awesome for this exact reason and are very inexpensive.
You shouldn't have this issue from the start. That's a solution looking for a problem.
From my experience with aero lower to bcm upper, to get rid of any play you have to apply too much torque to the takedown pin

It works but it makes that rear take down pin a bitch and a half to pop open
Bru are you like autistic it supposed to do that
Drill the upper and lower for oversized take down pins. The solution above is a bandaid for a bad fit.
Now they are taking people's $ and refusing to ship out orders. Hope AERO goes under.
Damn, i thought it was just bad. Appreciate the post
