How does it compare to a red dot / 3x magnifier combo? I already have that setup and it's decent but while magnified I find either I get okay zoom and a clear reticle, or good zoom and blurry reticle with the diopter adjustment, should I be getting one of these while they're on sale? $270 at sportsman's right now

I carry a 3/4” beam torque wrench when I’m hunting so it’s helpful to know the specs

I had one but had to upgrade to a pst viper

My only issue with this optic for me is the tiny eye box at full zoom and the SFP reticle but I’ve yet to seriously try and push my 400$ PSA upper that i zeroed for 100yrds on a 25yard range past 200yrds great for beginners like me

One the level is not necessary , no one can create a level plane when hunting, its impossible. two the more range you have to see and shoot it improves your accruacy . The greater the quality of your scope and its options the better the chance of hiting what you areshootin. And third you are a walking commercial.

Ideal pairing with 0-400 yard rifles/pcc's, simplicity and fundamentals are what most people need. Works with lights on or off. You can use the line to make sure it's leveled. It includes the mount and lever. Other companies do need to rise their game, stop paying attention to influencers, very month they will say something different.
