Finishing up the scope mount. The Nikon scope is parallex adjusted to 50 yards for rimfires and has 1/4 inch adjustments at 50 yards as well. Retail cost is about $149-$159.

I appreciate the video tutorial on your DIY how to scope mounting. I subscribed to you today after finding out you had this channel. Of course you had already mounted my scope on the new Savage I picked up yesterday at the Sportsman store. I appreciate you doing it and learned how to do it as well in person by you. I came home and put the extra Sig scope I had on to my AR 5.56. I will be adding one to my little 22 mag too. Thanks for the video tutorial. This way I can watch it over if I need to. Have already watched several other videos of yours as well. Looking forward to more. Keep up the good work!!
Nice set up, which it was easier to get parts for my Rugers in Canada. I have the SR9 and AR 556 and getting the American rimfire .22 very soon. Thanks for the video, it has given me some options.
I don't need to put a level on the scope ? Should I just do it by eye ?
Thanks, Unc, for showing the careful way to set a scope. It is much like installing a head gasket on an engine – get everything down even and equal before finally torqueing. The scope tube will appreciate not being in a "twisted" bind, so if it ever gets bonked it will not move much, if any, on its own and ruin your zero. Hi, Jake. Miss you today.
Says varmint all over it. Just got done with our rifle sight in weekend at the sportsmans club which im a member at. I saw a lot of errors with scope mounting. Hope you get to shoot your rifle soon uncle S.
Nice scope you should have a lot of fun with that.
