On Monday, March 9th, the Senate passed an amended House Bill 1218, prohibiting political subdivisions from restricting concealed carry on properties they own or lease for employees, officers, and volunteers. The Senate amendment also repeals gun-free zones at eateries and establishments that serve alcohol.
