Sorry, you are catering to ……, what about those shooters who prefer Target Shooting with the Best Components (Trigger, Bolts, and of course the Bull Barrels, at least 24" in length), I felt being left out just because I prefer accuracy over every thing.

As far as budget, how would you rate the Radical Firearms RF15 B5 setup caliber 556 223???
Best all around weapon in that price range is saint Victor by Springfield Armory.
What's important is the barrel whether the lower is aluminum or cold hammer forged whether the weapon is to mill spec what type of muzzle break and the buffer system and whether it's a piston or direct impingement you didn't mention the important things about each weapon. You also didn't discuss whether they were HP t or MP t
