A 14-year-old killed a random woman with an AR-15 over a minor fender bender. The incident happened at a red light on Interstate 25 in Colorado back in February of 2021. I remember Remi when I work at the juvenile detention facility he was at. He struggled to be around the other youth and start a fair amount of problems. He at least at that time didn't show any signs of change for the better. It may have been the opposite.
