I ordered this off AliExpress to test it out and see what quality it was. Pretty good. All links and photos will be posted on my blog.

The real TLR1HL does indeed have a strobe feature however you can actually program the light so that it doesn't strobe if you like. That's how I set mine up because the strobe isn't very useful in my opinion. Google "ten tap programmable TLR1HL" and follow the instructions. People have also recorded video tutorials of the ten tap programming system on youtube. Try it and please report back, I'm curious if it will work with the knock off. Streamlight's real packaging has always said "assembled in the USA" rather than "Made in the USA". The main components of the light are manufactured overseas, most likely in China. As such it is quite possible the light is made with authentic components. What you're sacrificing with an item like this is most likely the warranty service which Streamlight is well known for their good warranty. They have good customer service. You're also not going to get the same level of quality control but hey, if it works it works. I've had several authentic streamlights that have broken over the years. They're not the best–more like the "bare minimum" for a weapon light.
One thing I will note–you pointed out that the logo even says "streamlight dot com"–the authentic streamlight does not have "dot com" on it. It just says streamlight.
Edit: one other thing–you'll find these things for a lot less than $150 if you look around on websites like primaryarms(dot)com or similar optics/gun dealer websites. Especially if you wait for a sale and the Streamlights are on sale all the time.
I got 3 knock off TRL1 HL on Temu for 30$ a piece. Same as expensive. Keep buying online for 160$ if you want. I'm good.
Personally I feel more comfortable buying the real thing , I didn’t want to spend 150$ on just a flashlight. But now I’m gonna get a X300 turbo for my new beretta 92xi
Let us know how it handles the recoil of the pistol after a range session
Wow
