Honestly aside from the compliancy component I actually do like these "ranch" style ARs ever since the Fightlite SCR. Low profile , great for prone, great to hide under the back seat in your truck. Great for hunting. Can't wait to get my hands on one of these.
I strongly recommend u try (rent it if u can) the S&W M&P 5.7. Is one of the best hand guns I ever own (I do have small so it hard). It slimmer than other hand guns: Weight 26.7 oz, Width 1.1 in, Height 5.25 in, 22 capacity, 5’’ barrel 1/9 twists plus it comes with red dot optics (removable) n since is 5.7×28 u can keep those sight on target. We had to get 2 more, my wife toke my n then my mom ask my for a BD present. Yes the ammo is abit expensive but in the past 3 years it has consistently been decreasing do to demand, so making videos about it n it difference to 9mm n 22 cal. helps to show that there is a demand (it only has great ballistic but since is more precise, easy to handle n it uses velocity over power it has a lot better optics in the public eye for issues in court for using to deathly ammo, there is reason many companies are making 5.7 platform, even 5.7 rifles)
Love this thing. The problem is all guns should be compliant in all states. That being said the hybrid design of an ar and fix stock bolt gun is genius for CMMG to do. Plus it looks real nice!
Have you heard of the 6mm MAX? I've been trying to find data on it. I've found velocity, but for some reason I can't find energy, bullet drop or wind deflection data.
Hey WhooTee! I like your pre-100 yards site-in method. I have seen you use it several times and I am very interested. What is the distance between your aim point and your hit point on your paper plate? Thanks in advance!

Reload those with 90gr eldx, and you will be amazed. The 103gr eldx will shoot good, but the 90gr with *** powder and magnum primers is a great combination. also, the Barnes LRX copper bullet is a great option as well.

**47 state compliant**
Nice rifle, nice groups !!

Slightly dumb question, but is the dissent BR4 upper compatible with a standard AR lower?
Is this the same barrel as the resolute 6mm arc?
I really want a brn180 in 6mm arc or 6.5 Grendel. They are cheaper than the CMMG and still really cool.

I want this rifle its neat.
Best to use AK47 mounts for whatever you mount – they're lower than AR mounts, helps with more secure cheek weld/natural alignment with optics..
Lower rings might fit better
If it doesn't shoot .308 I'm not buying
That's the very caliber I was hoping they'd use!
Thank you for the review. I am a big 6mm ARC fan. You convinced me that I really want the CMMG BR4. I realy appreciate the video.
Nice looking rifle

At 10 yards, what's the distance between "aim" and "hit" in inches?

Gotta have one!
Hows that "Weak Sauce" tasting now?
Great video Adam
digging the new bullet slinger..
I really like that one!

That's a pretty cool rifle
Can the stock be changed on this rifle?

Sweet looking
Hey whotee quick question, I know 6 arc is an AR 15 platform, but will spec 6 arc magazines fit in a 5.56 lower?
