  1. The literal one difference is select fire. It used be that and the bolt carrier group but these days a full auto BCG is industry standard. Yes. That’s the only difference. You can then get into brand differences after that fact but 80% of the time that fact is arbitrary at best. A $500 AR will serve normies their entire lives within reason. Proper maintenance with anything is key.

  2. Returned most of my Colt LE6920 SOCOM 14.5" back to it's original state. Left the Colt ambi selector, Larue trigger and super 42 spring and buffer in it. Running an eotech 512 for an optic. One of the lower tier AR's in my collection, but it has a nostalgia my buddies are drawn to. Don't ever see myself getting rid of it.

  3. I don’t know, I love my colt LE6920
However I’ve added a suppressor a Timmney DH3 trigger changed the stock and grip. Put a peq15 on it for nights. Put a Kac rail on it.
Okay well it’s not the same m4 anymore lol

  4. You fellas are great! Always entertaining! In my honest opinion, I just prefer the good ol Colt M4/16 platform being an older veteran. I like the M14 as well. It's true there are a lot of great AR platforms out there. 😉
