I'd do 300 blk in that short of a barrel instead of 5.56.
With that short of a barrel, I'd probably go 9mm. I really want to see someone firing a 7 inch 5.56 or 300 Blackout indoors without a can & hearing protection. Like, hold up Mr Home Invader, let me get my ears on before I peel the paint off the walls with this muzzle flash.

So I bought a 7.5 inch psa upper as well and it’s a 556 but I’m shooting 223 out of it and the shell some times does not eject when I fire the gun does that mean I should switch to 556 or should that not matter?
I’m in the middle of building my 7.5 arp my lower is psa with a psa full auto bolt it’s being shipped stuck in South Carolina but my upper I have is a Aero precision I’m thinking of putting an H3 buffer and spring what buffer are you running the stock I believe H2 or something heavier bro bro?

I shot my 10.5 indoors at a gun range and THAT was enough to piss off the people to my left and right…🤣 Minnie concussion every shot fired. IMO run a flash hider like a s.o.lg.w nox and you’ll really see a difference in how it shoots. Less flash bang effect/horizontal concussion
