Join me for a day at the range where I am putting the new Super Vel .223 77 grain OTM through its paces.
We stretch it out as far as I can go with the equipment.
I bring my trusty Radian Weapons chambered in
223 Wylde with a 1:8 twist. I chose to top the gun for this test with an excellent but low powered optic from Steiner Optics, the T6Xi 1-6×24
Purposefully, I brought no bipod, shooting bags, or rests. I wanted to see what me, the ammo, and the rifle/optic could do.
We have another video in the works with a purpose built precision long-range rifle. It’ll be slick.
Special thanks-

7:30 My wife walked in on me watching this and went "nice view" 😂
Stay well regulated. 👍
Now with a handgun just like Jerry miculek would be banging nuts
Awesome!
NICE Everything!!
Look at you living your best life! Very impressive my friend it's gotta feel good to see that target light up. What Ballistic Calculator do you use?
Great video as always, man I wish I could find somewhere to shoot more than a few hundred yards.
Maybe Apex is an option !
Great video. Gorgeous parcel.
Nice range good job. I’m jealous one thing I noticed I’ve seen long range shooters talk about being in a straight line behind the gun. It looks like you’re at an angle or maybe it’s the camera.
