If I could only take two guns and only two knives with me during an SHTF Scenario, these are the firearms and the knives I would take and the reasons why.

Guns are like underwear; G-strings are not for everybody some like their boxers. The same thing for knives. Being a chef I am very particular on knives.
I like the way you say THick! I would take my Colt M4 and Glock G19. Knives I would take 2 of my custom fixed blades made by Blunt Force Blades. I’m not so worried about extra parts. If I’m still in the fight I’m assuming there will be parts laying around if needed. That seems more likely than carrying around a suitcase full of extra parts.
