Jared, can you give us a hint to how bad the Nikon Z8 auto focus will be?
There is not going to be a Z8 , why do you think there will e one ????
I personally don't have much need for extreme speed or high-end video capabilities. The Z9 is a great camera, but why would I pay for things I don't need and for me, do nothing more than drive the cost up. I keep wishing for a Nikon that only excels in landscapes, still life and portraiture, something that would take my Z7 to a new level. I understand that the more crap they can stuff in it the more they can charge. To me, it's like buying a car that can go 170 mph. Why?

I think the 67mp sensor is for the z7iii and the z8 will be more similar to the z9 wrt speed and resolution.

Looks like Nikon rumors author dont want to putdown Z9 orders unnecessarily. Maybe he feels Even if Z8 comes it wont be fast n ppl shouldnt take back their decision of choosing Z9

Nowadays mirrorless Tamron lens 70-300 f4.5-6.3
10 years ago, Tamron 70-300 is f4-5.6 and has stabilization in-lens (what was called Vibration Compensation VC)
