I bought a Marshall MG50 DFX for £50 on Facebook years ago, sold it, then bought it back again and Im still using it to play. Love it.
That looks a beast of an amp mate , I’ve still not had a proper look at my spark 2 , been sat in fields since it arrived pestering vermin 😂😂, but hopefully I’ll get a chance to have a look at it today 👍👍🤠🎸
I had the id core 100 watts stéréo….never found a good tone until I demoed it at full volume to the next owner 😂
Man that marshall looks nice
Great choice you'll have plenty of fun when you get it plugged in 😁
MG30FX used to sound OK in my recollection. I repaired one a while back, was a decent practice amp etc.
Anyway, if you tire of this and want to replace it, try the Laney Lionheart Foundry Super 60 112 – might be the best budget analogue solid state combo on the market at the moment.
If you find one used I can recommend the Fender Super Champ XD. Its a valve and modelling amp that they discontinued a few years back. Sounds excellent at low volumes. I got mine for about £150 used. I use it all the time on my videos, gigs etc. Worth a look at.
in my opinion and experience the mg series sounds like shit, I've had a 100W combo, and it sounded like shit, get yourself and origin tube amp, much better
I watched an Andertons review of the new victory combo amps sheriff and deputy edition, and loved the sound of them
Untill I found the price,£2,395 😳😳😳
The MG series has certainly come a good way since I had mine way back when, theyre good solid amps and handle gigs/rehearsals incredibly well 🙂
Awesome as always sir 🙂
