9mm carbines are a waste of time and money. And they can be dangerous in situations. They typically don't provide one shot stopping power unless its a head shot or right to the heart. A 5.56 PDW/ pistol or SBR carbine is going to cause way more terminal damage from the high velocity. They're going to cost as much as a 5.56, ir mire, and not be compatible with other 5.56 weapons. If manufacturers were actually serious about pistol caliber carbines, they would be making more in 10mm, 357 and 44 Magnum.

IMO 7.5 barrel with a 7 inch handguard is the best PCC AR length you can have for 9mm, it has room to fit a flashlight, pressure switch, PEQ, front an rear back up sights, an angled foregrip. Also the ballistics on a 9mm through a 7 inch barrel is a lot better compared to 3.5-5 inch barrels. An you still get really good CQB movement an concealment

Struggling so hard on wether to get a 9mm AR Pistol or a 300 blackout pistol.. the both suppress well.. but blackout is stronger.. but 9mm is cheaper… idk what to do!

extra money for a 9mm for home defense makes no sense. the shooting will be within 7 yards. save your money for ammo and other stuff. I will admit they are fun to shoot though
